Dear Friends and Family,
I attend Discovery Land Awana at Alliance Church. This is a fun club where we play games, meet new friends, and learn about Jesus. Our club is raising money so kids in Africa can go to Discovery Land Awana just like we can here.

This year, I’ve been working hard to memorize Bible verses in my handbook, and I'm wondering if you would consider making a donation to Awana clubs in Africa based on the number of verses I've memorized this year.
I have memorized 18 verses so far in Sparks! Would you be willing to donate $18 to help me?

Did you know that thousands of students around the world participate in Discovery Land and Awana ministries, just like your student? Discovery Land, founded in 1996 as the children’s ministry of Alliance Church, has rapidly grown to be used in over 1,075 churches in Africa through our non-profit Discovery Land Global. In 2022, DL Global partnered with Awana International to be their children's Sunday discipleship program across African churches. Because of this, kids in Africa can go to Awana/Discovery Land on Sunday mornings and after-school programs during the week.

The DL/Awana ministry continues to grow exponentially in Africa, with over 67,544 students participating in 2024!

Students from Alliance Church have had a tremendous impact on this growth! In 2024, DL Awana students raised over $36,000 to provide invaluable training to DL Awana leaders across Africa. We're just getting started!

This year it is our goal to send another $40,000 to Africa by hosting a Verse-A-Thon. Your student is invited to participate in this exciting project - no matter how much they raise, every penny matters!
